I believe in new beginnings, and the way I see it, the year 2018 holds great promise. Of Health, Wealth and Happiness! The new year stands before us like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. But before we do that, let us reflect at our achievements in the year 2017. Our community, Hiranandani Parks has taken good shape this year with nearly 200 families being handed over their apartments in the buildings Wilton and Windsor. We look forward to giving possession to many more families in the following quarter.
In terms of construction progress, blockwork for the second cluster of buildings - Warwick, Chartwell, Chatsworth and Clarendon has been completed. What’s more is that the external plastering and painting of these buildings is in full swing and shall be completed soon.
There has also been a discernible progress in Phase I of the Villa Plotted Development, lovingly named Tierra (land in Spanish). Installation of all communication and service lines and construction of internal roads for Phase I Tierra has been completed. As for Phase II Tierra, we have successfully completed the laying of service lines and have begun construction of the internal roads for the same.
One of our prime concerns is medical care for our residents. We have set up a 24x7 healthcare facility including an ambulance, at your service in Belvoir building at HRB North. Grocery shopping has been made easy with the advent of the ‘call-to-order’ home delivery grocery service at Hiranandani Parks.
